1. Cancellation Window

Clients may cancel services within 10 days of signing the contract and providing authorization, without providing a reason, only if services have not yet commenced. Cancellation requests must be received in writing via email: [email protected]. Once services have begun, cancellation can be requested but will not qualify for a refund.

2. Pre-Paid Hours

- Pre-paid hours are non-refundable for unused time.

- Hours must be used within the timeframe specified in the package or contract and do not roll over or extend beyond the contractual terms.

3. Project-Based Services

- Project terms may be customized if agreed upon by both parties.

- Projects may be divided into payment increments; a deposit is required to begin work, and deposits are non-refundable.

- Work for the next phase of a project will not begin until payment is received for that portion of the project.

4. Non-Communication and Abandonment

If a client becomes non-responsive after paying for services, Sage & Start Solutions will document attempts to contact the client via email, phone, social media, and mail.

- If no response is received within 14 days, the contract will be considered abandoned and terminated.

- A formal notice will be sent outlining these attempts and reminding the client of contract terms.

- Payments made are non-refundable in the event of abandonment, as time and resources have been allocated to the client.

- Abandonment is considered a breach of contract under contract law.

5. Dispute Resolution

- Clients are required to contact Sage & Start Solutions with any issues before filing a chargeback or bank dispute.

- We will respond within 24–48 hours to work toward a resolution.

- In rare cases, a partial refund may be offered if an agreement is reached, but this is not guaranteed.

6. Reimbursement Process

- If reimbursement is approved, it will be processed within 30 days and issued in the same manner as the original payment.

- Reimbursements are only considered if Sage & Start Solutions is at fault or has not fulfilled contractual duties.
